I never really learned how to draw until I started Zhenya‘s on-line drawing classes during the pandemic in 2020. Though initially very frustrating, I have come to enjoy it immensely as my skills have improved.
The work below is in various media: ink, ink wash, pastel pencils, charcoal, and gesso.
Many of the images are copies of, or inspired by, the work of great masters: Rembrandt, Holbein, and others.
